HUBIX Renting

The context

HUBIX Renting develops and operates serviced apartments and mid- and long-term rentals in several hubs: Bucharest, Brașov, Sibiu, Timișoara, Mamaia and Cluj. Information, decisions and money move between apartments, owners and property managers every day. When the flows aren't clear, guests and owners feel it straight away.

My role

I am the link between the apartments, their owners and the property managers. I define the flows and processes, from taking on an apartment to reporting back to its owner, with clear responsibilities and checkpoints.

I find and choose the right property managers for each hub. I go on site, across the country, wherever things need to work.

I put the numbers on the table, openly, so decisions rest on data rather than impressions. I build the automation that helps us grow fast, and I am behind the communication, marketing and business strategy, with proposals for where to grow next.

A law firm specialising in litigation, in a field where trust and precision matter and where technology is starting to change professional work.

My role

I work on communications and visibility: strategy, campaign performance analysis, interviews and events, with a particular interest in AI in law and LegalTech.

NoUnread

The context

NoUnread started with a problem I knew well: too many conversations, important details getting lost and replies that only happened in my head.

My role

I brought that experience into defining the problem and shaping what a useful assistant should do. We built it together with Alex Teodorovici.

Current status

Publicly launched in October 2026 and available at nounread.com. It summarises your messages and helps you organise what you need to do.

the konekter is the project through which I want to extend something I already do naturally: introduce people who have a real reason to work together.

My role

The context

Many businesses feel technology could help them work better. A new application only helps, though, if it solves the right problem.

My role

Alongside Alex Teodorovici and the technical team, I build software that starts from a business need: analysis and requirements, CRM systems, integrations and automation that reduce repetitive work.

The context

Many businesses lose time on manual work and on software that doesn't talk to each other. Technology only helps when it starts from how people actually work.

My role

I founded TechLayer to bring business analysis and technology together. We start from the company's processes, then build the right solution: IT consulting, applications and integrations, and AI automation that takes repetitive work off people's plates.
